A 2: Singing and music are forbidden; because of the saying of Allah the Exalted:[Luqman 31:6] the verse. And "idle talk" is singing, as the majority of the scholars of knowledge interpreted it, and in the hadith in (Sahih al-Bukhari ): And musical instruments are the instruments of idle amusement; he paired them with intoxicants, silk, and unlawful sexual intercourse in the permissibility of these people for them, which indicates the severity of their prohibition.

A 4: Considering singing to be one of the means of the call to Islam is from the terminology of the misguided Sufis, not from the practice of the people of the Sunnah, and singing is forbidden, and it is not permissible for the call to Islam to be through a forbidden means, and Allah knows best.
