Listening to singing on the telephone that one is forced to keep on hold with the airline

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 9259 )
Q3: What is the ruling on one who listens to singing on the telephone, which one is forced to keep on hold with the airline ? Since it usually comes with a recording device attached, and one is asked to wait, then one is made to hear a song or music, and also at the beginning of religious or academic seminars that we are eager to learn from that seminar or academic program.
A3 : Listening to singing is not permissible, but hearing it unintentionally; as it is played on the road or on the telephone, we hope there is no blame. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
