Q: Ten years ago, I resolved that if Allah grants me success and I travel to Saudi Arabia for work, I would buy a plot of land where the first floor would be a mosque for Allah. Praise be to Allah and thanks be to Allah, He granted me success, I traveled, and I bought a plot of land measuring 75 square meters, with a width of 10.7 meters and a length of 10.5 meters. It was Allah’s will that the sea boundary of this land be a mosque. I ask you to inform me how I can fulfill the resolution I made and the vow I made to Allah?
A: You must fulfill your vow; based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Sunan Ibn Majah 2126Sahih (Darussalam) .
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
