If she breastfed you with the breastfeeding that establishes prohibition, you are not required to observe hijab in front of her

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fifth question of the fatwa numbered ( 19328 )
Q5: My mother observes hijab in front of me due to breastfeeding, and she orders her daughters to observe hijab in front of me. What is the ruling of the Shari'ah in this matter? Should they be advised to clarify the matters of breastfeeding, and am I sinful for not visiting them?
A5: If it is established that this woman breastfed you five times or more, she is your mother through breastfeeding, and her daughters are your sisters through breastfeeding. It is permissible for them to uncover themselves in front of you, just as they uncover themselves in front of their mahram relatives by blood, and to be alone with them, because you are a mahram to them. However, if they refuse to uncover themselves in front of you or to be visited, they are not obligated to do so, and you are not sinful for not visiting them, especially if they do not desire it. This is because they are not among the relatives whose ties you are sinful for severing and to whom you are obligated to show kindness. Nevertheless, it is recommended for you to maintain ties with them and show them kindness whenever possible, as a way of returning the favor. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
