Q 1: Is the religion upon which a person is born the true religion?

However, this fitrah is not sufficient to know the details of tawhid (the oneness of Allah) and how to worship Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He); rather, it is necessary to learn and understand the religion, and to follow the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) and obey him, for he is the one who conveys from his Lord (Glorified and Exalted is He) what the servants need
of the details of their religious affairs and their acts of worship. By this, the Muslim has come to know the worship for which he was created, as mentioned in the saying of Allah the Exalted:[Adh-Dhariyat 51:56] . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
