Q4: What is the Islamic dress for women ?
A4: The Islamic dress for women is that she covers her entire body from non-mahram men with loose, non-transparent garments that contain no adornment, and that she covers her face from men; because her face is a place of temptation; due to the saying of Allah the Exalted:[Al-Ahzab 33:53]
And what is meant by hijab is the covering that results in the concealment of the woman's entire body from men, including her face, and He the Exalted said:[An-Nur 24:31] And the khimar is the head covering, which Allah the Glorious commanded to be draped over the chest, which is the opening of the garment on the chest, and it necessarily follows from this that it passes over the face and covers it, among other evidence indicating the obligation of hijab. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests
وَلْيَضْرِبْنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَى جُيُوبِهِنَّ
