Is the abaya, which is the woman's Shari'ah-prescribed attire, the correct attire? If so, where is the khimar that covers the chest, as mentioned in the noble verse?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is the abaya, which is the woman's Shari'ah-prescribed attire, the correct attire? If so, where is the khimar that covers the chest, as mentioned in the noble verse:
to wrap [a portion of] their headcovers over their chests وليضربن بخمرهن على جيوبهن
[An-Nur 24:31]
I ask for clarification, may you be rewarded?

The Shaykh : The khimar is on the head, and there is no objection to having two coverings on the head: one being the khimar and the other the abaya. This is the custom that women in this country followed in the past: a khimar with the abaya over it.
