The manager who does not pray: Is obedience to him obligatory?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The ninth question from the fatwa number ( 7607 )
Q 9: If a person’s manager does not pray and is considered a disbeliever, is it permissible for the employee to disobey him in this case, or is obedience to him obligatory even if he is a disbeliever? And if he is unable to advise him, what should he do? I ask for guidance in such cases.
A 9: Abandoning prayer out of denial of its obligation is disbelief by consensus. Abandoning it out of negligence and laziness is disbelief according to the stronger of the scholars’ opinions. If a person knows that someone is abandoning prayer, it is obligatory for him to enjoin good by urging him to pray according to his ability. If his superior does not pray, it is not permissible to obey him in disobedience to Allah, but he is to be obeyed in what is good. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
