Q 4: In ourministry, they grant us assignments and fake overtime,and they say that this is considered a reward for those who work hard and labor throughout the year. I discussed this with the general manager, and he said, “The system is not the Qur'an, so it cannot be changed; the public interest requires it.” Once, they recorded me as working overtime without my knowledge, and when the period ended, one of my colleagues signed with my signature and took the money, and I was aware of this. What should be done?
A 4: This action is not permissible; because it is betrayal, and consuming wealth unjustly,
and Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) says:[Al-Baqarah 2:188] , and He the Exalted said: [Al-Anfal 8:27] , and the money spent from this assignment or overtime is forbidden to take, so you must stay away from it, and it is not permissible for you to let anyone take it in your name; because that is cooperation in sin and transgression, and Allah the Exalted says: [Al-Ma'idah 5:2] And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

And do not consume one another's wealth unjustly
وَلاَ تَأْكُلُوا أَمْوَالَكُمْ بَيْنَكُمْ بِالْبَاطِلِO you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence].
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لاَ تَخُونُوا اللَّهَ وَالرَّسُولَ وَتَخُونُوا أَمَانَاتِكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَAnd cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.
وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى وَلاَ تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ
