Following the system established by the government for treatment in hospitals
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The eighth question of Fatwa No. ( 18579 )
Q8: It is known that treatment in the hospitals affiliated with the Ministry of Health is free for certain categories of society. Suppose there are poor patients who cannot afford treatment in private hospitals, and if I were to examine patients who are not entitled to examination at a government hospital without their permission, would I be sinful for doing so?
A8: It is obligatory to follow the system established by the government for treatment in hospitals, due to the public benefit in doing so and the prevention of harm.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
