The third question of Fatwa number ( 6706 )
Q 3: Is it permissible for a brother to intervene in the affairs of his married sister if he knows that her husband is a cause of the weakness of her faith?
A 3: If the situation is as described, it is permissible for him to intervene by advising both of them, guiding them to the truth, and reminding them of what dispels doubts and suspicion from them and rectifies their religion and their circumstances. All of this should be done with wisdom, good admonition, and argument in the best manner. Allah the Exalted said:[An-Nahl 16:125] And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
