Their relatives do not observe hijab, so how should they visit them?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first question of fatwa number ( 17324 )
Q 1: I have relatives who do not enforce hijab on their daughters and women, and men enter upon the women and women upon the men, and some of them shake hands with one another. And Allah has made visiting relatives obligatory. So how do I visit them in this state of theirs? Is it permissible to leave off visiting them?
A 1: Visit your relatives and advise them against the wrongs that are with them, perhaps they
will repent from them. If they do not accept the advice, then boycott them if the boycott has an effect on them. If it does not have an effect on them, then visit them while continuing to advise them and disliking what they are doing of some of the wrongs, except if you fear that they will have an effect on you or on your children, then do not visit them, in order to avoid fitnah (trial, discord or temptation). And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
