Q 1: What is the ruling on the slaughters of Muslims circulating in their markets, whether they slaughtered them themselves or they were brought to them?
Volume 1: The default position regarding a Muslim is that one assumes the best of him in all matters until the contrary becomes clear. Accordingly, his slaughtered animals are considered to be in accordance with the rulings of the Shari'ah regarding the invocation and the method of slaughter, so his meat is eaten.
In, narrated by al-Bukhari, al-Nasa'i, and Ibn Majah. As for meat imported from abroad, if it is from the slaughter of Muslims, the ruling is as mentioned above. If it is from the slaughter of the People of the Book, the Jews and the Christians, and it is not known that they kill the animals by electrocution or the like, then it is eaten. However, if it is known that they strangle them or electrocute them until they die, then it is not eaten, because it is carrion. If they are from among the non-Muslims who are not People of the Book, such as communists, atheists, the polytheists of Arabia, and those in their category, then their slaughtered meat is not eaten. And success is from Allah.

He said: Invoke the name of Allah over it yourselves and eat it. She said: They were recent converts from disbelief.
