A : A - It is permissible for a person in a state of major ritual impurity to slaughter chickens and other edible animals, and there is no blame on him for doing so, if Allah wills.
B - The ablution of a person who performs it with hands stained with henna is valid, whether he is a man or a woman. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
