Reshaping the Nose

The third question of Fatwa No. ( 9204 )
Q 3: One of my colleagues got married, with the help and praise of Allah, and he came to me saying that his wife wants cosmetic surgery on her face and chest; because her nose is large and wide, and she wants to reduce its size by easy methods that modern medicine has reached. So I told him: This operation is doubtful in terms of its permissibility. So I sent this message and this question: Is the cosmetic operation that my friend's wife will undergo doubtful or sinful? Knowing that the operation is a change in the creation of Allah, and that not performing it may lead to psychological distress due to the prominence of this defect on her face.
A 3 : If the situation is as described, and the success of the operation is expected, and no predominant or equal harm arises from it, then it is permissible to perform it to achieve the desired benefit. Otherwise, it is not permissible. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
