Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 5151 )
Q: What is the ruling on drinking apple juice or grape juice or non-alcoholic beer that is currently sold in the markets? Knowing that it contains a percentage of ethyl alcohol that does not exceed 0.5%, i.e., 5 cm of alcohol in every liter.
A: Any apple or grape juice or beer that is free from alcohol is permissible to drink, and it is not permissible to mix it with intoxicating alcohol, whether a little or a lot. If it is mixed with any of the intoxicating alcohol, its drinking becomes forbidden if the large amount of it intoxicates. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
