Does the child of zina enter Paradise
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The sixth question of Fatwa No. ( 2387 )
Q6: Does the child of zina enter Paradise if he obeys Allah or not? And is there a sin upon him or not?
A6: The child of zina is not burdened with the sin resulting from his mother’s zina and the zina of the one who committed it with her, nor the crime of zina they committed; because that is not from his own earning, rather their sin is upon themselves; due to the saying of Allah the Exalted:[Al-Baqarah 2:286] and His saying: [Al-An'am 6:164] And his status regarding his destiny is the same as that of others. If he obeys Allah, does good deeds, and dies upon Islam, then for him is Paradise. If he disobeys Allah and dies upon disbelief, then he is among the people of the Fire. If he mixes a good deed with an evil one and dies a Muslim, then his affair is up to Allah; if He wills, He forgives him, and if He wills, He punishes him, and his end is to
Paradise by the grace of Allah and His mercy. As for the report that the child of zina does not enter Paradise, it is fabricated. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacity. It will have [the consequence of] what [good] it has gained, and it will bear [the consequence of] what [evil] it has earned. "Our Lord, do not impose blame upon us if we have forgotten or erred. Our Lord, and lay not upon us a burden like that which You laid upon those before us. Our Lord, and burden us not with that which we have no ability to bear. And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy upon us. You are our protector, so give us victory over the disbelieving people."
لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا اكْتَسَبَتْand no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another
