Oath by zihar while being truthful in the oath

Fatwa number ( 4622 )
Q: I was living with a colleague, and a dispute arose in which he accused me of breaking a vessel. I was innocent of it, but he insisted. So I hastily said: “Let my sister be like my wife, or the reverse, if I was the one who broke it” , and I knew that I had not broken it. I merely uttered this statement. I fear Allah regarding this sin, and I am living alone while my family is far away from me. Does this count as zihar? I ask your Excellency to clarify the satisfactory answer for me, knowing that my wife does not reside in my place of work, but rather in my home country, and I am a Muslim who prays and fasts.
and I fear Allah, but this is what happened, so please save me from the punishment on the Day of Reckoning.
A: If the matter is as you described, then no zihar occurs with your wife; because you swore by zihar while being truthful, and that is in your saying: (or the reverse), meaning: (my wife is like my sister). We advise you to be cautious of that in the future; because Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) described zihar as an abominable statement and a lie. May Allah protect us and you from the whispers of Satan. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
