Q2: What is the ruling on marrying a woman who displays her adornment and professes Islam?
A2: It is obligatory to advise a woman who displays her adornment and warn her against this evil act. If she responds, that is what is desired. If she does not respond, then marrying another woman who is committed to the Shari'ah-prescribed covering is more preferable and safer.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
