Q3: Whatis the ruling on contracting a marriage with a pregnant woman,is this permissible or invalid?
A3: The waiting period for a pregnant woman who is divorced or whose husband has died is until she gives birth; because Allah the Exalted said:[At-Talaq 65:4] The contract with her is invalid and does not complete the marriage. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
