Q4: There are relatives of a wife who are alienating the wife from her husband, preventing her from being with her husband through pressure and threats, and demanding divorce. What is the ruling of the Shari'ah regarding such people in this time? Please issue a ruling for us, may Allah reward you.
A4: It is forbidden to alienate a woman from her husband, because there is evidence prohibiting it. The one who commits this is sinful and an open sinner due to his reprehensible action. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
