Q1: Is it permissible for a man to have intercourse with his wife from behind, with the intercourse in its proper place, whether he approaches her from behind without any excuse or with an excuse, is it permissible or not?
A1: It is permissible for the husband to have intercourse with his wife from behind if the intercourse is in her front and not in her back, and it is forbidden for him to have intercourse with her in her back under any circumstances; because of the saying of Allah the Exalted:[Al-Baqarah 2:223] and the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): Bulugh al-Maram 8:56 . And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكُمْ فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ وَقَدِّمُوا لأَنْفُسِكُمْ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّكُمْ مُلاقُوهُ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَHe who has intercourse with a woman through her anus is accursed.
