Q2: Is it permissible in the Shari'ah for a woman to take a sum of money from a man who wants to marry her daughter in exchange for taking this daughter?
A2: It is permissible for her to take what is paid to her, whether that is before the contract or after it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
