Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of Fatwa number ( 1407 )
Q4: What is the ruling on a woman who does not use hijab and goes out in front of non-mahram men uncovered, and sometimes sits with them, pouring coffee and chatting with them, and goes out with them, and her guardian is pleased with that. And this bad custom is widespread in the lands of Shahrān and Ghamīd and Zahrān and the outskirts of al-Qunfudhah such as: Ḥalī, Bayh, Fatūnā, Lūmah, and al-Aḥāsī. And most of the people of the south mentioned above.
A4: It is not permissible for a woman to uncover her face to anyone other than her mahrams, nor to sit with them, nor to go out with them. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
