Hijab from Non-Muslim Women

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fourth question of Fatwa No. ( 11780 )
Q4: We know the hijab that must be observed in the presence of non-mahram men, but does this ruling apply to us regarding non-Muslim women?
A4: The ruling for Muslim men regarding disbelieving women is the same as the ruling regarding Muslim women in terms of looking at them and being alone with them. It is not permissible for him to be alone with a non-mahram woman from among them, and it is forbidden for him to look at what is forbidden for him to look at in a non-mahram Muslim woman relative to him, in order to avert fitnah (trial, discord or temptation), preserve chastity, and protect honor and lineage. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
