Does a woman who does not observe hijab have her prayer or Hajj accepted?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 782 )
Q2: Some women appear uncovered, and others appear with their adornment but wearing abayas. Will their prayer and Hajj be accepted?
A2: It is forbidden for a woman to leave her house uncovered during Hajj or
in any other circumstance. It is also forbidden for her to leave her house wearing adornment that she is not permitted to display except to her husband and her mahrams. If she wears an abaya or similar garment over it that conceals this adornment, it is permissible for her to go out. As for her prayer and Hajj, both are valid if she performs them in the required manner regarding the pillars, conditions, and obligations, and the absence of impediments. Her sin lies in her uncovering or in going out while wearing adornment, but this does not invalidate her prayer or her Hajj. She has the reward of the good deeds she has earned, and she bears the sin of the evil deeds she has committed. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
