Is the guardian who accepts this considered a *diwth*?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q2: Does the student's guardian sin by allowing her to participate, and does the ruling of *diwth* (humiliation) apply to him if he permits it?
A2: Everyone to whom Allah entrusts a group of people is responsible for them. Thus, the student's guardian, whether her father or someone acting on his behalf, is responsible for her. If he disciplines her according to the manners of Islam, educates her well, and protects her from the pitfalls of evil and corruption—
Allah has written for him reward and recompense, preserved his dignity, and protected his honor. If he fails in her upbringing, neglects it, or leads her to places of trial and venues of amusement, he sins by committing a transgression against those whom Allah entrusted to him. His outcome will be bad, and he will pay the price for his poor conduct: failure in this world and punishment in the Hereafter, unless Allah covers him with His mercy. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
