The second question of Fatwa No. ( 19330 )
Q2: A young woman passed away, and she had no children. She was married and had two parents. She left behind gold jewelry valued at approximately fifty thousand riyals. Is this a right of the heirs, or is it to be distributed as ongoing charity? So what do you advise us, may Allah reward you?
A2: This jewelry left by the aforementioned woman is considered part of the inheritance, so it is to be distributed among the heirs according to what is in the Book of Allah the Exalted. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
