One who dies before his father does not inherit from him

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The fifth question of the fatwa numbered ( 6514 )
Q5: My eldest brother passed away in Sha'ban of the year 1397 AH, and my father passed away in Ramadan of the year 1402 AH. Does my aforementioned brother inherit from my father's wealth? Knowing that each of them left behind sons and daughters.
A5: If the situation is as described regarding the death of your brother before his father, then he does not inherit from his father, and his children do not inherit from their grandfather; because they are blocked by their uncles. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
