The second, third, and fourth questions of Fatwa No. ( 1934 )
Q2: Is it permissible for a daughter to inherit from the lawful property of her deceased father, given that he has not divided his inheritance and his father is still alive?
A2: If the daughter referred to in the question is the one who died, as mentioned in the first question, then she inherits only from the estate of her deceased husband; based on the hadith mentioned and the saying of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) regarding wives:[An-Nisa 4:12] . As for the father of the deceased who was alive at the time of his son's death, she has no share in the father's wealth. If there is a dispute in the matter, the reference is the court to resolve the issue among all parties.
The problem is shared by all of them.
