The first question of Fatwa No. ( 8892 )
Q1: I hope you will kindly inform me about several issues I have read about in various books, and I am confused about the correct ruling. Some books say it is forbidden, some say it is permissible, and some say that whoever does it intentionally must pay an expiation like the expiation for an oath. They are: 1- having intercourse with a woman in postpartum bleeding . 2- having intercourse with a woman during menstruation .
3 - having intercourse with a woman in her anus .
A1: First: It is forbidden to have intercourse with a woman in postpartum bleeding or menstruation, and whoever does so must pay the expiation and repent and seek forgiveness. Second: Having intercourse with a woman in her anus is one of the major sins, and it does not result in divorce, and whoever does it must repent, seek forgiveness, and feel remorse for what has passed. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
