Q3: What is the ruling on touching a non-mahram woman?
Vol. 3: It is forbidden for a man to touch a non-mahram woman; because of the fitnah (trial, discord or temptation) and corruption that leads to it. And there is strictness in this matter, as established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:, and al-Mundhiri said: It was narrated by al-Tabarani in (al-Kabir) and by al-Bayhaqi , and its narrators are trustworthy, being the narrators of the authentic collections. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
