A person’s cooperation with a bank for a commission

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q4: What is the ruling on a person cooperating with a bank for a commission that is paid to him in exchange for bringing customers to the bank to deposit money for a term with interest, and what is the ruling of an employee who calculates the amount of this transaction?
of the bank according to the established rate, so that only the commission is shown, without participating in the original transaction?

A4: Cooperating with a bank that deals in riba (usury or interest) for a commission, in exchange for bringing customers to it who deposit their money in it in return for a percentage of their capital, for example, is explicitly forbidden. Taking on the calculation of this transaction, or recording it in the registers, or counting the money, or delivering or receiving it, is also forbidden; because all of this involves cooperation in sin and transgression.
