Inheritance of a child born of unlawful intercourse

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The seventh question of Fatwa number ( 6759 )
Q7: A man has a wife who bore him a child, and then she became pregnant by another man through unlawful intercourse. Does this child, who is from the other man, inherit from his wealth after his death?
A7: If she bore the child while she was under the protection of a husband, the child is attributed to her husband and inherits from him, unless he disowns it through li'an. If he disowns it through li'an, the child is attributed to his mother, and her paternal relatives become his paternal relatives, just as if she had borne the child while not under the protection of a husband. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
