Farewell Tawaf for 'Umrah and Repeated Entry into Makkah Without Ihram

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second and fourth questions of Fatwa No. ( 8324 )
Q2: I went to perform 'Umrah and completed its pillars except for the farewell tawaf, and I stayed in Makkah for two days, and I left without having performed the farewell tawaf; because I intended to return to Makkah after a week or less.
A2 : There is no blame on you for that, and you do not owe a sacrificial animal; because the farewell tawaf after 'Umrah is not obligatory
Q4: I went to Makkah approximately ten consecutive times, and I did not enter into ihram, and I did not perform tawaf around the Ancient House; because I did not know that when a Muslim goes to Makkah he must enter into ihram and perform tawaf around the House, and after a month a friend reminded me that this is obligatory, so I went and performed only 'Umrah, so is there sin on me for what came before?
A4: If the situation is as you described, there is no sin on you for entering Makkah without entering into ihram for 'Umrah; because you did not intend to perform a ritual in those instances. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
