Separating the tawaf and the sa'y by a long period of time

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The first and second questions of Fatwa number ( 2445 )
Q1: What is the ruling on one who performed the tawaf of ifadah and did not perform the sa'y until the sun had set, after the last days of Tashreeq? And what is the ruling on the sa'y if one performs it after the sun sets on that day, or after the days of Tashreeq?
A1: Your sa'y on the last days of Tashreeq or after the days of Tashreeq is valid, and there is no blame on you for delaying it; because it is not among the conditions of its validity
that it be connected to the tawaf, but it is part of perfection that it be after the tawaf and connected to it; following the example of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
