The Ruling on Tawaf and Sa'y Without Ritual Purity

Question: If a person performed tawaf without ritual purity and then performed sa'y while ignorant of this, should he repeat the tawaf and then perform sa'y after it? And is it permissible to delay the tawaf until the farewell tawaf without performing sa'y? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer: He must repeat the tawaf. If he delays it until he intends to travel and performs tawaf at the time of departure, it suffices for him as the farewell tawaf. If he repeats the sa'y, that is good, in order to avoid the difference of opinion.
