The ruling on tawaf after sa'y

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
His Eminence the Shaykh: A man on the day of 'Id performed sa'y without performing tawaf, and he delayed the tawaf until the third day,And he argued with the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): (do it, and there is no blame on you) due to the permissibility of advancing or delaying it, so is his action valid?
Yes, it is correct;Because the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked by a man: (Did I perform sa'y before I performed tawaf? He said: There is no blame on you) .

The questioner: Is the order and continuity between them a condition? The Shaykh: No.
It is not a condition, neither in Hajj nor in 'Umrah. Even in 'Umrah, if a person performs tawaf at the beginning of the day and sa'y at the end of it, or performs tawaf during the day and sa'y at night, there is nothing wrong with it.
