The Ruling on Sa'y Without Ritual Purity

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 11972 )
Q2: I performed Hajj on behalf of my maternal uncle in the year 1408 AH, and when I was doing sa'y between al-Safa and al-Marwah , my wudu' was broken, but by the decree of Allah, I was unable to go out to renew my wudu'; because my mother and my maternal aunt were with me, each holding my hand; because I was afraid of losing them, and they did not know the place. This also happened to me during the farewell tawaf. What is the ruling for one who performs tawaf and sa'y without being in a state of ritual purity? I hope for a quick answer if I am required to repeat the Hajj, or to fast, or to sacrifice, I ask you to answer on the correct path. May Allah reward you with good.
A2: Your sa'y between al-Safa and al-Marwah is valid, even if it was without ritual purity; because it is not a condition for sa'y. As for the farewell tawaf, it is not valid; because one of the conditions of tawaf is ritual purity, and you must repeat it as long as you are
in Makkah . If you have traveled to your country, then you must sacrifice an animal in Makkah for the poor. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
