Cutting down trees for the one in the state of ihram

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of the fatwa number ( 3592 )
Q2: If a person in the state of ihram drives his vehicle over one of the trees or the grasses, does he owe anything?
A2: If he does so while he is not in the land of the Haram , he owes nothing, except the value of what he destroyed to its owner, if it is owned. And if he destroys something of the trees or grasses of the Haram that is owned by someone, he likewise owes its value to its owner. If it is not owned by anyone, he owes nothing. It is not permissible for him to intentionally do so; because of the prohibition of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) of doing so. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
