Removing Trees in the Sacred Precinct

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 9497 )
Q3: I have a farm and there are trees inside the farm that harm the crops. Is it permissible for me to remove these trees or not? Since they harm the crops, is there any sin on me for removing them out of necessity or not? Please inform us, may Allah reward you.
A3: If the situation is as described, there is no blame on you for removing
the harmful trees for the sake of benefit, provided they are not in the two Sacred Precincts. If they are in the two Sacred Precincts, do not remove them unless you are the one who planted or sowed them. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
