Q 8: What is the ruling on building schools on graves and roads?
A 8: The original ruling regarding the land of graves is that it is exclusively for the deceased, and it is not permissible to cut it off or to build houses, schools, or anything else on it. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
