Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 4513 )
Q2: What is the ruling on one who eats on a day in Ramadan intentionally then repents to Allah? Will his repentance be accepted?
A2: Yes, his repentance will be accepted if it meets the conditions; these are regret for what he did, abandoning the sin, and a sincere resolve not to return to it. There is a fourth condition related to the right of a person, which is that he either forgives him or gives him his right of retaliation or otherwise; due to the saying of the Exalted:[Taha 20:82]
And other than that which came in the Book and the Sunnah. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
