Q4: Is it permissible for me to engage in trade with the wealth of the orphans in my care, buying and selling, so that it profits and zakah is paid from the profits?
A4: It is permissible for you to buy and sell with this wealth, and to work with it as you work with your own wealth. You must fear Allah and watch over Him in secret and in public, while paying its zakah.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
