Borrowing for the sake of Hajj

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa No. ( 11837 )
Q2: When the month of Dhul-Hijjah came, I was eager to visit the Sacred House of Allah , but my salary was still a week away, and I had nothing with me but the expenses for the month. However, my colleagues insisted that I go with them, since life is not guaranteed, and one of them gave me a sum of money sufficient to cover all the costs of Hajj. I told him: “A loan or advance does not make Hajj valid.” He said: “If the lender or the creditor gives permission to the borrower or the debtor, then Hajj is valid with it. I am giving you this amount with my consent and permission.” I went to perform Hajj, and immediately after my return, in the same month, I gave him half of the salary for the month in which I performed Hajj, before I traveled for Hajj, since I receive my salary on a Gregorian monthly basis. So, the money with which I performed Hajj was taken with the owner’s consent and his willingness.
from him for good, and may Allah reward us with the best reward.

A2: Hajj is valid, if Allah wills, and your borrowing of the amount does not affect the validity of the Hajj. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
