The son performing Hajj with his mother's money

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 12139 )
Q: My mother sold a piece of land she inherited from her father,
and asked me to perform the Hajj procedures again so that I could accompany her, using her own money. I seek a ruling: A- Is it valid for me to perform Hajj with her using her money, and does it count as my obligatory Hajj (i.e., does it fulfill the obligation of Hajj upon me)? B- My mother told me that she had vowed to Allah to perform Hajj to the House again, on the condition that I accompany her on the second occasion, and this vow was made during the period of the first Hajj. C- I tried to persuade my mother, who has other male siblings and two daughters, one of whom is my sister and the other is my mother's sister, that the requirement in terms of age is only one Hajj, and that she should distribute her money as she wishes among her children who are in need, especially the half-sister, and her needy relatives, but she refused completely and said: "I must perform Hajj, whether you come with me or not"
.

A: It is permissible for you to perform Hajj with your mother using her money, and it suffices for you as the obligatory Hajj of Islam. However, it is not permissible for your mother to travel for Hajj without a mahram. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
