Performing the obligatory duty, even if one has missed fasts from Ramadan to make up
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The ninth question from the fatwa number ( 6908 )
Q9: I want to perform the obligatory Hajj this year, but I have not made up the missed fasts from this year's Ramadan, as I was in post-natal bleeding, and afterwards I was breastfeeding my child and was unable to make up the fasts before the time for Hajj.
A9: It is obligatory for you to perform the obligatory Hajj if you are able to do so and a mahram is available, and you make up the fasting of Ramadan afterwards, if Allah wills.
And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.
