A2: If the situation is as described, that the Muslim is unable to feel safe for himself and his religion from trials in his country, then migration from it is prescribed for him—if he is able—to a country where he can feel safe for himself and his religion. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
