Q3: Is it permissible for a person to perform 'Umrah before performing the obligatory Hajj?
A3: Yes, it is permissible for a person to perform 'Umrah before performing Hajj; because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his Companions performed 'Umrah before they performed the obligatory Hajj. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
