Q1: A person who has not performed Hajj to the House of Allah, is it permissible for him to go for 'Umrah only, and in the same year he did not perform Hajj?
A1: It is permissible for him to perform 'Umrah even if he does not perform Hajj in the year in which he performed 'Umrah. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
